Settings for the WinXPMail.org mail server.

Create your account at https://winxpmail.org first, then use these steps to set up your mail client of choice. Note that if you sign up as “foo” your email address will be “foo@winxpmail.org”.

First set up your SMTP server connections like this:

Then for IMAP4 use these settings:

If you want POP3 use these:

Lastly if you want the XMPP/Jabber service use this:

These are the general SMTP/POP3/IMAP settings for secure connections:

imap: winxpmail.org 993 SSL/TLS
pop3: winxpmail.org 995 SSL/TLS
smtp: winxpmail.org 465 SSL/TLS

These are the general SMTP/POP3/IMAP settings for no encryption:

imap: winxpmail.org 143
pop3: winxpmail.org 110
smtp: winxpmail.org 25

To be able to send outgoing internet mail you need to register here. This is to prevent spammers from using the service. If you don’t want to pay there is a free payment method available when checking out.
